本課程除了簡介IC的製造流程之外，也提供管理半導體廠的基本技巧。同時還以台積電的製造管理系統為講課的範例，加深學生對實際產業的印象。本課程可以當做學生進入半導體廠工作前的準備；也可以將所學的方法應用到其他的工業。 |
Objectives |
The course not only briefly introduces IC manufacturing flow, but also provides basic skills for managing semiconducting fabrication. Besides, illustrations of tsmc"s management systems are lectured to increase students" impression of realistic semiconducting industry. The course can be considered as the preparation for entering semiconducting industry.The students also can apply those learned methods to other industries. |
