課程目標 地質探勘及地質報告辨讀、基礎的種類、淺基礎的極限承載力、淺基礎的沉陷、筏基礎、深基礎的種類及施工方法、深基礎施工時與土壤之關連、擋土牆設計、開挖後側向土壓力和支撐、開挖後之支撐工法。 Objectives This course will cover site investigation and geotechnical design summary report after boring. Types of foundations, bearing capacity of shallow foundation, settlement of shallow foundation, design of raft foundation, pile foundation, design of retaining.

教學內容 地質探勘及地質報告辨讀、基礎的種類、淺基礎的極限承載力、淺基礎的沉陷、筏基礎、深基礎的種類及施工方法、深基礎施工時與土壤之關連、擋土牆設計、開挖後側向土壓力和支撐、開挖後之支撐工法。
由了解基礎的種類及基礎的選擇,學習分析的方法與設計的步驟,進而探討其施工之方式,以及擋土牆分析與開挖後土壓力和支撐,此為大地工程必備之知識和工具。
Syllabus This course is the most basic design couse for geotechnical engineering. This course will cover method of geological exploration, understanding of geological investigation report, types of foundations, bearing capacity of shallow foundation, settlement of shallow foundation, mat foundation, bearing capacity of pile foundation, settlement of pile foundation, lateral earth pressure, design of earth retaining structure, and design of excavation. Students will be able to design the basic geotechnical problems.
