Syllabus |
The course introduces the theories and practices of human resource management from the viewpoint of three roles: (1) human resource professionals, (2) line managers, and (3) employees, and also, how they work together in managing human resource. The major course contents include human resource activities of understanding the environment, planning, staffing, appraising, compensating, training and developing, establishing work relationships with employees, and improving and assessing the work environment. |
