Objectives |
The purpose of this course is to teach students that the Electronic Commerce (EC)is a multidisciplinary science that includes four aspects. These are computer science, business management, marketing and legal issues. Through course teach, students know how EC runs in real world. |

1. fundamental bussiness issues in e-commerce 2. the relationships among e-commerce business concerns, Internet technology, and the social and legal context of e-commerce; and 3. the issue of the likely impact on the e-commerce environmetn in the furture. |
