| 教學內容 | 課程簡介 一、本課程之教學目標在訓練學生瞭解估價相關法令、學理及實務操作技巧。 二、為使同學能製作合格之估價報告書，本課程計畫在學期中安排一次現場估價實習，製作估價報告書‧ 三、估價實習在事前先向同學講解估價重點及應有技巧，並分配參與同學之工作範圍。在到達估價現場時，則傳授同學現場勘察之技巧及該估價標的應注意之重點。勘察現場完畢後，則由同學就估價結果提出報告，並互相討論，再由老師講評。 |
Syllabus | Course introduction 1、The aim of this course is to train students to understand the laws, theory and practice in real estate appraisal. 2、one appraisal workshop in practice will be arranged to let studnets get familiar with writing appraisal reports. 3、Before the appraisal workshop, the skills of evaluation will be taught. After viewing the location, students will hand in reports, discuss and will receive feedback. |
