翻開大學課程目錄，我們會發現統計學幾乎是各大學院校必修之課程。在不同的學院科系所探討之方向也是有顯著差異，就商學院而言，是比較重視利潤、工時、工資等議題。因此，本課程之教授是著重在實際的應用。如敘述統計是如何將實際所收集資料作位置量數與離散量數的分析，機率分配是將日常生活中之實例透過統計學家所建立之母體分配去分析在某種情況下所發生之機率。以上為這學期所探討之領域。 |
