| 教學內容 | 課程使學生於實際操作中更深入了解生產及物料管理之運作、組織、管理和管制的方法。配合生產管理課程進度，輔以電腦軟體操作，求解實務問題，是以本課程之重點在於教授生產管理相關軟體的操作與分析。主要授課主題包括預測、生產排程、存貨管理、物料需求規劃及生產線平衡。本課程透過課程講授與軟體演練來增進學生對生產管理理論與實務應用的理解能力，並以作業報告的方式來提昇學生的溝通及寫作能力。 | Syllabus | The purpose of this course is to teach students how to utilize available professional software to assist themselves in solving real-world problems in the field of production management. Major topics include forecasting, production scheduling, inventory management, MRP, and line balancing. Via homework and case study, this course also puts emphasis on improving students' written and oral communication skill. |
