近年來休閒渡假產業方興未艾，市場亟需嫺熟度假村管理與經營的長才，不僅需具備管理的活力，更須了解讀屬於這塊產野的議題與問題。本課程集中在休閒渡假產業的三大成因--娛樂設施、住宿及餐飲與遊客活動，更談及諸如自然資源基礎與娛樂設施之間的關係、渡假村經理人所面臨的營運與後勤支援問題、如何規劃可帶進營收，同時滿足遊客需求的活動，兼顧遊客的人口背景、心理因素與體能狀況。 |
