協助學生瞭解休閒、遊憩、遊戲等之重要性，同時從多種角度帶領學生剖析各種時間觀念，探討休閒及生活的意義，藉以提升未來生活品質；並由工作與休閒的相對關係中，體驗休閒對人生的影響。 |
Objectives |
This mandatory course is designed to assist students to understand the importance of leisure, recreation and playing for people. At the same time, this course teaches students to analyze various notions of time and explores the meaning of leisure and life from multiple viewpoints with the purpose of raising the quality of life.
Furthermore, after grasping the relationship between work and leisure, students can realize the significant impact of leisure upon their lives. |
