本課程內容包含兩大部分：（一）介紹幼兒語文發展的階段與特徵；（二）結合幼兒文學之理論與實務，進行教材與教法之活動設計；課程目的在增進學生於幼兒語文發展之瞭解及學習活動設計之專業能力，並期運用於實際教學。 |
Objectives |
The course includes（1）the introduction of children’s language development and （2）design of activity related children’s literature. The purpose of this course is to improve student’s understanding in children’s language development and their ability in designing related activities. |

Syllabus |
We will look at basic elements of structure, thematic patterns, conventions of genre, and at the social influence of various authors and texts. We will also discuss the presentation of this literature to children. It is my purpose and the aim of this class to familiarize you with some of the fundamental works, concepts and controversies of children’s literature. |
