課程目標 人類基因組是由大約三十億鹼基對(A, T, C, G)所組成。將這些資料的順序正確排列就是基因定序。而這只是一個開端而已,隨之而來的是更大量的分析資料,在這大量的資料裡,有用的資料卻是隱藏在許多雜訊之中,計算生物學領域就是要找出有用的資訊,其主要的重點是有關如何儲存、管理、傳輸、進而分析生物相關的大量資訊。 Objectives 1.Sequence Alignment
