這門課程將包含兩個部份：第一部份除介紹簡單線性迴歸模型外，並詳細介紹複迴歸模型。這一部份的探討將建立起在常態、同態、獨立誤差假設下使用迴歸分析的基礎。第二部份則探討前述假設條件不成立下，該如何以既有基礎，加以變換使用，順遂計量分析之目的。 |
Objectives |
This course consists of two parts. Part I covers the linear regression model. This forms the basics of linear regression under the assumption of independent and identically distributed normal errors. Part II deals with the violation of the assumptions made regarding the regression model in Part I. |

計量分析是管理者利用計量方法執行決策時必備的工具。計量方法是應用在管理科學上之數學方法，尤其在決策的應用上所需使用的計量方法，不僅用在商業管理，亦用在政府部門，甚至日常家庭生活中亦隨時需要作決策。因此計量方法範圍甚廣，凡是可計量的，較客觀之資訊藉計量方法而求得解答，均是本課程要研究的範圍。
本課程重於計量方法之實用性，較艱深之定理或理論之證明可參考相關書籍。 |
