一切物質產品需用合適的方法與現代化的設計及製造手段，才能滿足人們日益增加的物質與精神生活的需要。因此建築及環境設計，必須把各種影響產品設計的因素綜合討論分析，設計已成為跨科際領域的系統工程，包括社會學、經濟學、心理學、行為學、未來學以及文化、歷史、自然等等。本課程從設計哲理與實例出發，以空間的構成為主要課題，結合功能、造形、語彙等特徵，探討設計方法的理論與應用，以較科學的方式說明空間形態設計的一些基本規律，以為設計創造時參考。主要內容包括創造論設計方法、功能論設計方法、參與式設計方法、個案研究設計方法、系統設計方法及調查設計方法。 |
Objectives |
This course helps student to understand the design process, from case study and creative invention to design. It emphasise the practice and management of design development, taking into account social and environment concerns, this course looks at different methods of the design process and teach some basic design skills, case studies from areas including innovation, function, participation, system engineering and green design technology and used to compare theory with practice. Every student will try to develop a design product idea or a case study in a project that runs throughout the course. |
