課程目標 社會工作實習(五)為機構實習,將:1.提供學生對課堂中所學有關直接與間接服務知識之嘗試、應用與整合之機會;並透過實習單位督導及任課教師之指導與回饋,強化理論與實務經驗之整合。2.協助學生建立專業態度、培養專業倫理及增進社會工作技巧之運用。3.增強社會價值體系之確認、社會責任感之培養、和諧人際關係之學習及成熟人格之養成。4.增進學生對社工專業次領域之認識,以奠定發展社會工作專業生涯之基礎。實習內容與課程要求: 1.學生機構實習應於升四年級暑假期間執行,計二學分,其學分於四年級上學期給予。2.實習時數每學分至少一百二十小時,總時數合計至少應達二百四十小時;若實習單位另有合理要求者,學生應從其要求,不得異議。3.實習範疇應包含行政、個案、團體或社區之經驗;若實習單位另有合理要求者,學生應從其要求,不得異議。 Objectives The objectives of this course are: 1. to provide the opportunity for students to test, apply and integrate the knowledge of direct and indirect service. 2. to strengthen the integration of theory and practical experience via the supervision and direction of the supervisors from school and organization. 3.to assist the student to develop professional attitude, incubate professional ethics and improve the utilization of social work skills. 4.to recognize social value system, to develop social responsibility, to learn harmonic interpersonal relationship and to develop mature personality.
