課程目標	新市鎮開發的目的是想藉由人為的力量創造一個能夠自給自足的獨立新市鎮，以解決大都市的各項居住，交通、環境等問題，達到區域均衡及都市發展，人口及產業合理分布，改善居住及生活環境之目的。因此，本課程的目標，在充實學生新市鎮開發專業知識與法規，並就台灣新市鎮開發	Objectives	The purpose of this course, New Towns Development, is to fulfill students professional knowledge and regulations of new towns development, and of new towns development, and to raise the effects of learning by visiting the examples of new towns development
