本課程的教學目標在於介紹酵素在有機反應及有機合成上的應用，藉由理論上的講解以及實際相關文獻例子的介紹，以有機化學家的觀點，將生物化學與傳統的有機化學反應做一個系統性的聯接，期望給學習者一個基本且完整的觀念。 |
Objectives |
The point of this subject is to provide a condensed introduction to bio-organic chemistry. It is showed from organic chemist’s viewpoint in order to encourage the students to take a deep breath and leap over the gap between the biochemical sciences and classical organic chemistry and to make them consider biochemical methods as an additional tool when they are planning the synthesis of an important target molecule. |
