課程目標 本課程針對已具大學化學基礎之學生，簡介工業上各化學品之製造與操作技術，以協助同學了解化學品生產之實務技術。內容包括：流體輸送、熱交換器、蒸餾、蒸發、結晶、過濾、氣體吸收、萃取、濃縮與儀表、控制設備等，使學生對化學工廠生產設備有初步的認識與信心。 Objectives The course is designed for the students who have the background knowledge of college chemistry. The goal of this course, from summaries presentation of the industrial manufacture and operating, is to help students understand the chemical plant. Fluid flow, heat exchanger, distilling equipment, evaporator, crystallizer, filter, gas absorber, extractor, concentrator, and instrumentation, automation devises, etc. are all covered in the lectures.

成績評量方式 以筆試成績為主,期中及期末各佔40%, 出席率與平時測驗佔20% Grading Graded by the examination, the ratio is 40%, 40%, 20% of middle & final examination, presence.
