社區督導及學校督導老師分別評定實習生之表現後，由學校督導老師評定成績。評估指摽包括：實習投入態度、社區互動能力、需求掌握與方案規畫能力、運用社區資源能力、方案執行與評估能力等項目。 |

The scores are based on the following criteria:
attitude of involvement, community interaction, program planning and needs assessment, community resources, program implementation and evaluation. |
