課程目標 1.有關鋼構造之材質特性及應用範圍,發展狀況及具代表性之鋼構造橋樑、建築物介紹。2.對鋼構造相關法規、構件、設計原理、結構系統作說明。3.對鋼構造防火、耐候、抗震作解說。施工過程、構件組合及應用方面作說明。 Objectives Major issues are related to steel material properties and applications. Indroduce the combination of steel menbers and cross-sectional shapes which include tension,compression,and connectuins menbers. Flexural, seim-flexuble menbers, beam-columns in different types of connections will be illustrated; Fire resistant, earthquake reistant and weather proof in the construction are clearly presented in the class.

Application of steel construction, Introduction of steel development,World famous steel building.
Weeks 4-6 :
Steel section combination: weld, bolt, Steel fire proof. Earthquake resistant.
Weeks 7-9:
Steel structural systems,Midterm exam., Steel frame construction.
Weeks 10-12:
Field trip,Building code and constuction regulations, SRC introduction
Weeks 13-15:
Steel design principles,Curtain wall,Disasters.
