The objectives of the curriculum aims to instill university freshmen with basic commands of architectural design concepts and the awareness on the essence of space layout; a facsimile range encompasses:
1.Essential elements to two-dimensional surfaces;
2.The configuration of physical bulk and styling;
3.The characteristics of three-dimensional space;
4.The essence of space and settings;
5.Preliminary exploration on architectural design. |

| 教學內容 |
本學期規劃四個專題設計習作（包含4個PROJECT），分別對應個別主題進行設計操作之練習。為落實個別訓練主題之學習與教學，在全學年之訓練課程中，除了專題設計習作之外，另配合訓練主題安排由任課教師接力實施之專題演講、案例介紹、及每學期一次的參觀旅行，以多元的操作模式落實訓練的目的。上述主題包含：TOPIC-1 美學感知與表現、TOPIC-2 環境觀察與材料表情、TOPIC-3空間物理環境、TOPIC-4 創意思考與設計演譯 |
