為了因應建築設計市場發展需求，培養同學數位工具操作技術，本課程之目標在於快速建立同學3D建模能力，讓同學能夠快速將所學技術應用在設計課與相關課程之上，達到課程橫向相互支援的效果。 |
Objectives |
To respond to the demands of architectural design market, and to let students be able to use digital design tools, this course will help students to establish the abilities of 3D modeling in short period. Students will be able to quickly apply their abilities in design and presentation process, which will help them to have better performance in different courses. |
| 教學內容 |
本課程主要藉由Form-Z訓練同學由2D圖面空間(平面,立面..)進入3D立體空間, 再由3D Studiomax的NUBURS系統進階繪製Free Form以突破現有建築設計瓶頸. 並藉由3D Studiomax製做動畫, 幫助同學對建築空間與型體間之掌握;同時透過Photoshop的影像處理與Dreamweaver和Director的網頁製作, 嘗試建築表現法上的新意義。 |
Syllabus |
The course has a dual objective：it provides the conceptual framework for employing computing in the design process, and it delivers the practical skills for making immediate and effective use of emerging digital repertoire in the areas of geometric modeling, image processing, and presentation. A series of computer-based exercises and readings of increasing sophistication constitute the course’s homework. |
