| 課程目標 |
戶外遊憩管理理念由早期對於遊憩容許量（Recreation Carrying Capacity）的經營管理理念，到遊憩機會序列（Recreational Opportunity Spectrum, ROS），轉變為遊客衝擊管理（Visitor Impact Management, VIM）。其重要的概念在於認為「遊客行為」的規範管理才是影響環境品質管理的根本對策，有「教養」與「關懷環境」的遊客對遊憩環境的影響是最小且有益的。因此，如何去改造遊客的「休閒態度」與「遊憩行為」以形成一種「休閒文化」便成為一個重要的管理課題。 |
