本課程教學內容可分為經營及管理兩大部分，(一)經營層是指高層經理人，重點在教學高階管理者如何才能做好經營的工作？如何表現才是最好的經營者？(二)管理層則是屬於中、下階層經理人，重點在教導中、下階層經理人如何做好輔佐功能的工作、依法管理。 |
