1.培養研究生在企劃工作中對於專案之各重要關係人的利益均給予平衡考量的正確職業倫理觀念。
2.使研究生熟悉專案企劃過程中應有的系統化思考邏輯架構、作業流程、及方法。
3.使研究生具備獨立的專案企劃能力，以及就各相關議題進行研究之必要基礎。 |
Objectives |
1. Enhancing the right professional ethics in research students that gives balanced considerations for every stakeholders of the project under planning.
2. Providing the logic structure of systems thinking that required in Project Planning.
3. Enableing research students to conduct independent project planning, and the required foundation in doing further research in related topics. |
