| 教學內容 |
本課程的教學重點為科學哲學，其教學的主要內容分為「科學知識論」，「科學形上學」與「科學倫理學」三個部分。主要的教學內容分為三個方向：一是「科學知識論」。在這個方向裡，我們所企圖強調的重點在於說明「科學方法論」的發展過程，其中包含有關「歸納法」、「實證法」、「假證法」以及「歷史學派」等不同檢驗科學本質為何的方法論。其次是「科學形上學」。在這個方向裡，我們將強調「實在論」與「實證論」在歷史發展過程中所顯現的論證與衝突。最後是「科學倫理學」。我們將從科學對於人文精神所引發的倫理含意，來檢視科學在擴展其領域時所包含的限制。 |
Syllabus |
The focus of this course is philosophy of science and it contents can be mainly divided into the following three aspects: scientific epistemology, scientific metaphysics, and scientific ethics. The main direction of teaching is that of scientific epistemology. In this direction, what is stressed is the development of scientific methodology, in which inductive method, positivism, falsificationism and historical schools will be discussed. The other direction is that of scientific metaphysics which emphasizes the arguments of realism and positivism. The last part of the course contributes to that of scientific ethics, which intends to look at the ethical implication of science during its abrupt implentation. |
