本課程包含個體經濟學及總體經濟學，首先認識經濟學的分析工具-市場機能，以探討人類之消費行為，生產抉擇及其相互關係，由此所決定的市場價格及資源配置之均衡情況，亦稱之為個體經濟之範疇，進一步了解市場失靈及政府公共決策的效果和影響。 |
Objectives |
This course covers the basic concept of microeconomics and macro-economics. Topics include price system, consumption and production theory, markets and pricing, input factor and its market mechanics, and then national income, fiscal policy, money policy, international trade and finance are also included in this course. |

以個體經濟學為主要範圍，介紹商品與勞務市場的消費理論、生產理論、市場類型及定價決策、市場均衡及失靈之外，並探討要素市場的資源分配問題，以及影響經濟效率的外部性及公共財問題,與其他社會科學之關係，探索社會經濟現象，進而思考解決各種經濟問題之對策。 |
Syllabus |
The first semester apply the concepts of microeconomics,including the basic tools of supply & demend;consumer theory,prducer theory &
the effeciency of market and some applications of taxation and international trade.Also examine an esternality and market inefficiency problems as well as government policy to public goods and common resources. And then introduce the firms behavior and industrial organization and present issues related to labor market and the market for the factor of production. |
