課程目標 本課程協助幼兒教保人員瞭解幼教生涯規劃的實質意義,探討生涯中的人生主題,並提供自我探索的機會,使學生瞭解自己的特質及需求,進而建構一個現實與理想兼顧的人生目標,踏實地面對自己的幼教職涯生活並追求自己的夢想。 Objectives The course is intended to help child care workers understand the meaning of career planning, explore life issues encountered in career, and gain opportunities for self-exploration. Students will have a better understanding of their characteristics and needs, be able to set career goals which balance reality and ideal, and pursue their career goals and dreams as child care workers in a practical way.
教材 「人生沒有標準答案」。叫我如何去找一本標準的教科書談論生涯呢?
我想除了「聖經」以外,可能再也無法找到一本獨一無二版本的書籍可以教人去探討人生,並實現人生。敝人何德何能以個人的興趣與喜好去選擇一本教科書,企圖影響學生接受敝人的思想與觀念?
所以,請每位同學泡圖書館、逛書店、飆網站,以自己的興趣與喜好去蒐集並閱讀與「生涯規劃」課程主題相關的書籍或報章雜誌資料,經過吸收、消化與反芻之後,再跟眾家兄弟姊妹分享,這就是我唯一的選擇。

教學內容 生涯」就是點滴生活的累積,並非什麼至深至廣的大學問。想要劃生涯之前,請先安排好每天的生活。也就是說:你這個小時知道下個小時要做什麼,早上知道下午要做什麼,今天知道明天要做什麼;如此點滴滴的串聯,你現在就知道以後要做什麼了。
怎麼樣?夠簡單了吧!
有人說:「築夢」、「追夢」、「圓夢」,您要如何「活在當下」,而使「人生有夢」,且能「築夢踏實」,不是當前每位年輕朋友所努力追尋的目標嗎?
Syllabus There is no standard answer for life. How can I then find a typical textbook to address life?
Other than the Bible, there is no book that could ever address the issue of life and help you fulfill life, I think. How could I then select a textbook that purely based on my personal interest and preference and attempt to affect students’ concept of life?
Therefore, I hereby ask students to visit libraries, take a stroll the bookstores, surf the webs. Survey and study “life planning” related books and magazines based on your own interest and preference. After digestion and absorption of the subject, share with your brothers, sisters, and friends, that is my only choice.
