管理學是指人們研究『管理』問題所累積的有系統的知識，近年來組織更隨著時代動態改變而有了變化，本課程希望能藉由管理理論的講授，並搭配國內外個案實例，瞭解管理的內涵與運用的重要性。所涵蓋的主題，分為管理學簡介、管理者職責之界定、規劃、組織、領導與控制等六大部分。其中除了有系統的介紹理論外，更從企業的實際案例的融合，讓學生對管理學有更深刻的瞭解，體會管理在企業的重要意涵。 |
Objectives |
This course introduces students to the concepts and principles of management. Relevant topics include the fundamental concepts of the management process, organizational structure and functional responsibilities, planning, leadership and control. Practical experience in the management of business operations will be discussed using real-life examples. |

Syllabus |
This course is designed to enhance the understanding of business administration. The specific objectives are two: (1) to acquaint the student with the knowledge and skill needed for management, and (2) to assist the students in evaluating the impact of environmental changes on business and derive strategies to respond to these changes. |
