| 課程目標 |
在法令壓力、客戶要求、降低成本等考量下，企業正面臨追求利潤與提升綠色競爭力的關鍵時刻。環境管理不再獨立於經濟之外，在台灣面臨國際化的時刻、環境管理勢必融入企業及政府的工作政策之中，有鑑於環境管理已經逐步邁向實用化與市場化，因此藉由生命週期方法建立基本資料庫，並利用相關管理決策及優選工具，加以分析，預期將有助於提升本校在環境管理領域的研究，並可加強對外服務的能力。而在教學部分，則可提升學生對環境管理及污染防治領域相關工具與實務認識。因此課程包括環境管理概論、ISO標準介紹、國際環保趨勢，環境管理系統、全面品質系統，環境稽核方法和技巧、質量平衡，減廢與資源化技術、廢棄物管理概論，污染預防、有害廢棄物管理，工業生態學理論與實務。 |
Objectives |
Under the pressure from their customer"s requirements, many companies have faced a point of compromising their profits and environmental competition. Environmental management is one of the economic systems. This class introduces the idea of environmental management system to help the development of routine management of environmental issues in a company. The topics include introductory environmental management, ISO international standards, international environmental issues, environmental management system, total quality management system, Methods and skills of environmental auditing, material balance analysis, waste minimization and recycling, introductory solid waste management, pollution prevention, hazardous waste management, the principles and practices of industrial ecology. |
