Objectives |
Based on the characteristics of construction project, the topic covers different project management techniques, which includes project organizations, feasibility analysis (economic, financial), scheduling, cost planning and control, materials management, quality management, resource management, and operations theory application in construction. |

本課程為針對研究所學生所開設之進階營建管理課程，以工程施工階段之規劃與控制技術與學術理論為主軸，輔以實務案例練習，冀望修課學生能對施工階段之時程分析與管理、成本控制、資源規劃與管理等，獲得更深入之認知。 |

This course , Project Management and Control ,is one of the advanced and important topic in the Construction Management domain for graduate students. The main lecture subjects focus on planning and control techniques in the construction phase with academic theories as well as practical cases exercising. The lecturer wish class participants could understand the techniques of project scheduling, cost control, resource planning and management, et al. more clearly at the end of this class. |
