教學內容 |
The mission of the course is to educate students in the theory and practice of risk management at an advanced level and to practice students’ presentation skill. In addition, this course also demands students to devote significant amount of time in reading English. To achieve these goals, the students will form groups to present theories in risk management and insurance covered by the text and papers listed below. Each group should provide a copy of handout and transparency to students three days before presentation so they could preview before the class. Students are encouraged to share their thoughts during the presentation. In addition, each presentation should be made within 3 hours. Class participating is encouraged and heavily weighted in grading. Those who participate in discussing and/or sharing opinions regarding course materials in the class will be properly credited. Conversely, those who remain silent in the class will gain no credits in this part of grading. |
