使同學了解化學分析時，有那些分離技術可應用，以達到對物質分析，鑑定的目的。
全課程分五章，分別為第一章：層析分離緒論，第二章：氣相層析法，第三章：高效能液相層析法，第四章：超臨界流體層析及萃取方法，第五章：毛細管電泳法和毛細管電層析法。應用的方向包括一般化學物的分析，及生物技術產品的分析。 |
