本課程透過對於少年偏差與犯罪行為、少年司法體系與少年司法處遇等相關概念與理論的介紹，企圖提供學生對於少年司法領域有關犯罪統計、犯罪學理論與特殊議題有更清晰的了解與認識。 |
Objectives |
The purpose of this course is to describe concepts and theories of delinquency, the juvenile justice system, and the rights and responsibilities of youth under law. The course provides an analysis of delinquency and juvenile justice by examining historical data, statistical information, sociological theories, legal issues, and significant practices in juvenile justice. |
