課程目標 社區再發展(或稱為社區總體營造)是目前台灣社區改造運動之主要方向,而民眾參與式規劃設計亦是現今台灣社區改造運動之主要工作模式;本課程即針對社區發展與民眾參與兩項相關之議題進行理論探討、經驗研究與實習操作。其目的在於讓學生: 1. 回顧台灣現今社區發展之困境 2. 思考台灣未來社區發展之方向 3. 認識社區非實質與實質環境之互動關係 4. 學習民眾參與規劃設計之理念與技能 Objectives Community redevelopment (or so call Integrated Community Development) is the main stream of current community reformation movement in Taiwan, and also, the public participatory planning design is evolving into the major methodology that have been widely deployed over recent reformation movements. This course is designed to explore the key issues, theories, experiences and field operations related to Community redevelopment and Public participatory planning design. The purpose of the course is meant to provide students the following : 1. Retrospection on the problems of current community development in Taiwan 2. exploring the possibility of future development of community in Taiwan 3. exploring the interaction between physical and non-physical environment within community 4. exploring the essential idea of public participatory planning design and field operation techniques
