| 教學內容 | 本課程著重實際演練，開課第一次一定要出席接受初次甄選，每班上限30名，以本系低年級生為優先。為了接待服務專業化以及穿著潛移默化，規定同學上課著規定之制式服裝，請勿穿著牛仔褲及球鞋、涼鞋或拖鞋上課，以養成「視場合穿著」之良好習慣與禮貌禮儀。為加強自信心及體驗各種場合服務與得體應對，特針對同學禮儀訓練包括個人儀態、五分鐘化妝術、美姿儀態、走姿、坐姿、立姿訓練、接待服務訓練、餐皿杯具認識、餐飲服務、社交禮儀及國際禮儀情境演練為上課重點。 | Syllabus | There are vistors and specific customers need professional communication of interpretation to support the various useful and systemerical information in which are an integral part of their service maners to understand more about receptional etiquettes. |
