許多新手教師希望讓他的教室充滿歡笑、朝氣、民主氣氛的同時，又不至於使學習效果打折，於是常規、紀律問題的處理就顯得非常重要。班級經營策略解決教師在教室裡所面臨的疑難雜症，也使學生能在一個良好的學習環境中來學習。 |
Objectives |
For many new teachers, must face to get both of relaxed, democratic classroom climate and effective learning for children with the rule and discipline problem in their effective classroom. Classroom management strategy could solve problems in classroom, and get a quality environment for children learning. |
