課程目標 本課程先整體介紹人身保險的相關理論及巿場現況，進而深入探討人壽保險之保費、責任準備金、經營狀況及契約條款，並搭配年金、健康、傷害、團體等相關保險做較精簡之說明。 Objectives This course contains the following topics: basic concept, market condition, premium and policy reserve calculation, company operation, and contract provisions in life/annuity/health/injure/group insurance.

教學內容 本課程上下學期共十一章, 從人身保險的意義起源特質及功能談起, 再對人身保險市場做一概要分析,再介紹人身保險的費率及準備金並分析人身保險的種類人身保險契約及逐條解釋人身保險契約條款，最後談到人身保險的規劃、核保、保全及理賠 Syllabus The course covers life insurance products and market, Topics covered life insurance rating and reserve, contract,underwriting and claim, etc.
