理論教學為主,實務為輔;原則上,一班分為三組：資本市場組.貨幣市場組及衍生性金融商品組,各組依上課進度,由老師提出指定議題,於課堂上共同討論. |

There are two major teaching ways in this course:one is the theory teaching,another is practical use.For discussing,there are three groups divided from the class,the first is the group of capital market,the second is monetary market,the third is derivatives. |

本課程內容主要分為兩大金融市場:一為資本市場,另一為貨幣市場,其中資本市場所包括的金融商品有債券與股票市場(含共同基金與認購權證);貨幣市場之金融商品包括國庫券.商業本票.銀行可轉讓定期存單.銀行與商業承兌匯票.存託憑證與歐洲美元.最後為衍生性金融商品,包括期貨與選擇權. |
Syllabus |
The content of this course includes two parts:capital market and money market.There are two financial assets in capital market:bond and stock,and seven financial assets in monetary market:treasury bonds,commercial papers,bank negotiable certificate of deposit,acceptance,depositary receipts,Euro-Dollar,and derivatives. |
