分子遺傳學特論<從基因至分子農法><一學年課程綱要> 分子遺傳學特論<從基因至分子農法> 為一學年的課程,內容涵蓋下列七大主題: 一、分子遺傳之基礎科學;二、分子遺傳學之基本原理與技術;三、基因選殖技術;四、基因轉殖技術;五、植物(轉基因)品種之育成;六、分子農法; 七、基因組學等。 本課程將從基礎科學開始進入基因操作、基因選殖、基因轉移直到至分子農法,並將融入傳統育種技術與原理,輔助以最新之基因工程原理與技術,應唯一國內外少有之多學門結合課程,內容均為目前分子遺傳學(含分子生物學及基因體學)中最重要與最新的領域。將由十二位聘自中研院、中興大學、種苗改良場及農業試驗所等學術研究單位之教授、專家依其專業專長共同授課,部分課程將安排由四位專家及計畫助理,實際展示實驗技術,提高學習效果。同學們在修習完此一課程後應能對分子遺傳學之原理與應用有更進一步之了解,對於論文試驗實驗將有極大幫助。 |

Special topics on molecular genetics -- from gene to molecular pharming <One-year course outline> The following important and recent topics related to the molecular genetics (including molecular biology and genomics) will be discussed in this one-year course: 1.Basic science for molecular genetics; 2. Principles and techniques for molecular genetics; 3.Gene cloning techniques; 4. Gene transfer techniques; 5. Breeding of transgenic variety; 6.Genomics; 7. Molecular pharming. This course will be given by 12 scholars invited from the Academia Sinica, National Chung-Hsing University, Taiwan Seed Service Center, and Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute, according to their expertise. The purpose of this course will provide student the theories, applications, and technology of molecular genetics for future research and advanced study. |
