智慧財產權（intellectual property rights, IPR）包括1、著作權2、智慧創作物的保護，如專利、積體電路電路布局、工業設計、營業秘密等3、營業上標誌的保護，如商標、服務標章、商號名稱、防止不正當競爭等4、產業競爭秩序的保護 。工業財產權則僅包括前述2、3項。重要法律簡介: 1、著作權 2、專利權 3、商標權4、電路佈局權5、營業秘密。 |

基本法律概念闡明：教材與補充講義大綱解說為主。
實例解說：配合案例、法院判決解說法律基本概念，以增進了解。
問答教學法：就有關法律問題實例提出討論、報告，提高學習效果。 |
Teaching Materials |
(1)Basic concept of laws: Using teaching materials along with some supplementary articles to explain the basic concept of laws.
(2)Living example analysis: To harmony with related cases and legal precedents to enhance understanding of basic concept of laws.
(3)Question and Answer time: Discussion of living example and expounding one’s viewpoint to increase learning effect. |
