| 課程目標 |
使修習本課程之學生奠定行政法學知識的良好基礎，進而瞭解受社會思潮與時代環境轉變所影響之行政法制體系；並闡釋法治行政的理想，以培養學生崇法守法及尊重自由、平等與人權的精神。另有志於公職考試之學生亦可藉本課程之修習，提升本科行政法及相關科目(如行政學、人事行政、法學緒論及憲法等)之應考能力。 |
Objectives |
The aim of the course is to establish a solid basis for the understanding of Administration Law. Students who complete this course will gain an appreciation of how the orientation of the society and the environment brings about changes to the Administration Law system, as well as a perception of the ideal “rule of law” society. In essence, the course is intended to help students develop a respectful attitude towards freedom, equality, and human rights before the law.
This course also offers a good preparation for students who wish to participate in governmental exams that include subjects such as Public Administration, Personnel Management, Introduction to Law, and Constitution of R.O.C. |

| 教學內容 |
由於行政法總論之範圍甚為廣泛，加上授課時數之限制，將依國內通說之見解，以行政法之基礎觀念與原理原則、行政組織法、行政作用法與行政救濟法四大主要內容。本課程將依此四個主要架構，針對重要之內容，為綱要式之課堂解說，並輔以大法官解釋實例行政法院判決、及行政機關之函釋等，以增進同學對行政法之基礎認識，並提供同學關於準備相關行政法科目考試試題之解題方向。 |
Syllabus |
This course is aimed to introduce general idea of Administrative Law and give students a comprehensive conception about how the rule of law operates under current circumstances in Taiwan. The course will include basic principle of Administrative law, major framework of Administrative Law, Administrative functions and Administrative remedy. The lectures will be given to students according to by lecturing in class, and accompanied with interpretations made by Grand Justices, judgments rendered by administrative courts, and rulings promulgated by administrative agencies, to help the students to build up basic knowledge regarding administrative laws, and also provide students certain directions for them to prepare the examinations related to administrative laws. |
