Syllabus |
This course is designed to provide the participant with knowledge of the finance function in corporations and methods of analysis of related decisions. Major theories, techniques, and processes applied in corporate finance to carryout the functions of financial management are presented. The analysis centers on how financial decisions can affect the value of a firm. |
