1.實習經驗回顧：讓經驗過社會工作實習的同學，回顧實習經驗中的督導功能，從中體認督導的意義和方式；
2.認識社工督導理論：瞭解與整理相關理論，並演練相關技術。
3.培養社工督導：待未來無論是擔任督導或受督導者都能安適自在，充分瞭解這兩種角色和意義。 |
