This course will expose students to current research in bilingual education. Students will learn of the linguistic, cultural, and political issues surrounding bilingual education in Taiwan and elsewhere. |

Syllabus |
This course addresses the foundation of bilingual education and ESL classrooms. It focuses on the theories, strategies and materials used for bilingual education. This course helps prospective teachers become familiar with the theory, research, content, and methodology basic to the implementation of bilingual education and provides relevant knowledge. Hopefully, it can equip prospective teachers with the foundation of bilingual education |
