課程目標 本課程目的在使學生熟悉各種有機反應之進行機制與原理。 Objectives The purpose of this course is to provide the student the basic knowledge of the organic reaction mechanisms, which includes: 1)nucleophilic reactions; 2) elimination reactions; 3) polar rearrangements; 4) cyclization reactions; 5) orbital symmetry.

主要內容:一、學習基本的理論及定義 二、學習不同化學反應及應用等。讓學生學習基本有機化學的反應機構,由淺而深,包括理論及應用。學生具有了這些知識之後才能修習其他進階的課程及研究
Syllabus To discuss the basic terminology, types of chemical transformations and their reaction mechanisms. These include a] polare reactions under basic and acidic conditions, pericyclic reactions, free radical reactions and transitional metal-catalyzed and -mediated reactions. The ultimate goal is to teach student how to write a reasonalbe reaction mechanism for any chemical transformation
