課程目標 教學目標：1.增進對產業界各級組織部門經營管理實務的認識；2.培養運用所學管理知識，分析各種經營管理實務、問題與改進方法的能力； 3.提昇對各種企業管理理論與技術的整合與應用能力。主要內容：資訊電子、金融、機電、鋼鐵、營建、飲料食品等等產業中廠商之經營管理實務，盡可能地加以討論。 Objectives The course aims to deepen the connection between the theory and practice of business management and to broaden the perspective of the understanding to the practice of management in wide industries. It is hoped that students learn to master the ability of applying management theories in various business context by learning from benchmarking excellent management practices.
教材 1. 分析方法講解及問題討論；2. 觀賞有關產業發展與管理活動的相關影片，事後學員提出書面心得報告；3. 學員分組閱讀一本「經營管理實務書籍」，分析與分享其中的管理實務故事，並從事問題討論，最後提出書面報告。
作業與活動：1.視聽資料觀賞後，各組（以6人為原則）分組討論並提出一千字以上書面報告。
2. 分析與分享經營管理實務故事（各組學員選一本「經營管理實務書籍」加以閱讀，然後 a.每人選出其中一個經營管理實務故事（請同學協調一下，主題勿重複），分析故事的背景、故事精華、值得學習之處與理由（須引用理論）、有疑慮而待釐清之處、及感想與建議（包括較佳作法）等。 b. 每人在課堂做口頭報告（報告內容、簡報方式與時間管理等為評分重點）並主持後續討論（以蒐集相關意見來充實書面報告之內容），各8分鐘。 c. 彙整並提出書面報告（須註明個人貢獻所在，字數一萬字以上）。）		 Teaching Materials Lecturing (methods, theories, and stories for analysis) and discussion (in groups and in classroom)
成績評量方式 成績考核：平時成績-1（課堂參與：每曠一節課減5分，請假者減半），20%；平時成績-2（提問與討論：每次得10分，看法獨到者另外加分，最高100分），30%；個人口頭報告成績，20%；分組書面報告成績，30%
特別規定：1. 學員每次發言時，應充分準備，藉機展現自己對問題的分析技巧以及對相關管理理論的掌握能力。
2. 學員發言時，應儘量表現認真、謙虛、和有趣的氣氛，藉之替代（而非克服）緊張的感覺。		 Grading Participation to the class, 20%; Participation in classroom discussion, 30%; Personal oral report, 20%; Group written report, 30%
