| 課程目標 |
教學目標：1.增進對產業界各級組織部門經營管理實務的認識；2.培養運用所學管理知識，分析各種經營管理實務、問題與改進方法的能力； 3.提昇對各種企業管理理論與技術的整合與應用能力。主要內容：資訊電子、金融、機電、鋼鐵、營建、飲料食品等等產業中廠商之經營管理實務，盡可能地加以討論。 |
Objectives |
The course aims to deepen the connection between the theory and practice of business management and to broaden the perspective of the understanding to the practice of management in wide industries. It is hoped that students learn to master the ability of applying management theories in various business context by learning from benchmarking excellent management practices. |

| 成績評量方式 |
1. BOSS競賽分組：以6人一組為原則進行競賽，每次競賽，依各組當週經營績效結算，以獲利最多為優勝，若皆無獲利者，以虧損最少者為優勝，最先破產者最後一名，依序類推。
2.成績考核：1. 平時參與狀況 （包括出席情形，課堂參與，及營運競賽參與情形等）50％
2. 企業營運模擬競賽以各組獲利或虧損情形，及各組競賽名次與各組間獲利差距綜合考量評分，如競賽得第一名，且經營獲利高者分數最高，依此類推。50％ |
Grading |
1.A group 6 students,The more earn the profits in B.O.S.S.competition, the more,groups obtain their scores(50%)
