課程目標 本課程旨在介紹人力資源管理的主要概念與實務運用,包含招募與甄選、訓練與發展、績效評估、薪資與福利、及勞工關係等主題,使學生了解人力資源管理在組織中所發揮的角色與功能。 Objectives This course introduces the basic concepts and practices of human resource management, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, and labor relations. The student will acquire the knowledge of the role and function of HRM in organization.
教材 (1)講演法。(2)分組討論與報告。(2)實務演練。 Teaching Materials (1)Lecture.
(2)Discussion and presentation.
(3)Practice and exercise.
成績評量方式 (1)期中考(30%)。(2)期末考(40%)。(3)個人或團體報告(30%)(報告主題待宣佈)。(4)課堂參與(加扣分) Grading (1)Mid-term exam (30%).
(2)Final exam(40%).
(3)Individual/Group report(30%)(To be announced).
(4)Class Participation (for adjusting the grade).

Syllabus This course introduces the basic concepts and practices of human resource management, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation and benefit, labor relations.
