Provides exposure to the major features and issues relating to the deployment, use, and impact of management skills within public and private construction organizations. Topics include: (1) Procedures and Organizations of Construction Management, (2) Negotiations and Contracts for Construction Engineering, (3) Scheduling Tools and Estimating, (4) PERT and CPM Network Diagrams, (5) Project Cost Reports, (6) Engineering Quality Control, (7) Analysis and Decision Making for Construction Management, and (8) Management Skills Applied in Construction Fields. |
