使學生具備”本益分析”的概念以達成營建管理之「成本、時間、品質及安全」。並使熟悉估算能力及概估之技巧為基本估算素養。其主要內容為：1.建築裝修之工料分析查閱 2.數量計算 3.評估準則 4.實務認識。以期培養能獨立作業的估算人才。 |
Objectives |
This course is desigated as a practical one in architecture field . By means of shopping-drawing, construction techniqes and construction methods, the cost of builing construction can be estimated.
The contents of this course are emphasized on the following parts:
1. cost-estimating documents,
2. quantitative estimation,
3. cost evaluation,and
4. practical knowledge applied in Taiwan. |
